Current prices are available on application, see contact details. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold it firm and the balance is due on the day of arrival. Fees are calculated from and including the days of arrival and departure, unless collected before 10.00am when no charge will be made for that day.

A fee of five days' boarding is charged at Christmas and similar Bank Holidays (Special Rates apply)

Refunds on deposits and other fees are made at the discretion of the management. There is no refund for early returns.

Telephone bookings will be held for seven working days from the date of receipt of Contract.

During the stay, a cat showing signs of illness will be transferred to the isolation unit and our vetinary surgeon called. Provided the illness is not infectious, the cat will be returned and cared for in its own quarters. All costs incurred will be at the owner's expense.

Your pet must have been immunised against infectious feline enteritis and cat flu. An up to date certificate must be produced or the cat will not be admitted.

If your cat is on regular medication, please tell us, so that we can continue treatment while boarded with us.

From the foregoing it will be gathered that every precaution is taken to ensure the well-being of our guests. They will be cared for affectionately and you can enjoy a carefree holiday.

If you wish to inspect the cattery, you will be most welcome during normal reception hours.
